Cubs

The Cubs are the next section after Beavers. It is open to boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 10 ½. This is the section where they will start to learn basic Scoutcraft including knots and map reading. 

The Cubs meet after Beavers on a Wednesday.

We normally organise 3 camps per year for this section.

In the past couple of years, we have arranged the following trips:

• Fire Station

• Barry Island

• Camps

• Hiking

• Cinema

• Visit to a bakery

• Magor Woods

• All Wales Cub Fun Day at Builth Wells
